On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Searching in Parties UI on organization by additional identifier returns results even when the identifier is inactive.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The search should not return results for an inactive identifier

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Customer Data Management > Parties
3. Click on the link to task Manage Organizations
4. Changed Saved Search to Search by Additional Names or Identifiers
5. Enter Identifier Type
6. Enter Identifier value
7. Click the Search button
8. Account is returned in search even though the identifier has been inactivated

Due to this issue, users get results on search for inactive additional identifiers.
