ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adding a relationship to an Organization or Person in Parties UI, unable to search for the related name using party usage.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There is a button on the Search and Select: Related Name for Advanced Search to Add Fields; would like Party Usage to be available to search by.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to the application
2. Navigate to Customer Data Management > Organizations
3. Search and edit an organization
4. Switch to Relationships tab
5. Click Actions > Create
6. Click the search icon on Related Name
7. Click the Advanced button
8. Click the Add Fields button; there is no Party Usage field to add to the search

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search for a related party by Party Usage.
