Depreciation process is completing in error.

faxecf: There is an error calling function:: FADEPR
faxecf: which is called from:: faddep
fadrbs: Rolling back session
fadrbs: Setting deprn_status to E

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  run Calculate depreciation
2.  reviewed the output and log files. Issue is because Salvage Value and NBV are wrongly updated with same amount for some assets. These Assets are production depreciation based methods and units of Production for the month is already uploaded for these Assets.
3.  tried to update the Salvage value but getting the error "The salvage value must be between 0 and the fixed asset cost. (FA-645092)". Adjustment through spread sheet also giving error that Depreciation process is error.
4.  tried to make the Units of production for the month Zero for these Assets so that depreciation will be successful and then we can adjust assets through spreadsheet but units of production upload is also failing.

We are not able to load units of production for valid assets as well.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the January period and this is the only issue stopping month end now.
