How can you update orders in Fusion Order Management (OM) without failing in WMS Cloud?

Example -

Three way integration with Fusion Order management (OM) - WMS (Log fire) - OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).

Scenario: Order submitted in OM, Sent to OTM/WMS. Planned in OTM, External load number sent to WMS. Order updated in OM (Line cancelled/warehouse changed etc.,).

Error example - "Cannot interface Order SOXXXX-X. Externally planned load number is populated"

Issue: All these updates from OM-WMS fail because the lines are associated with an external load number.

Expected result: WMS should allow order updates even after an external load number was received.  Order updates may occur until ship confirmation, but OTM will retain the same external load number and send updates to WMS.
