'User Does Not Exist' Error For Existing Users For Clock Interface (Doc ID 2423448.1)

When attempting to upload a clock file  the following error occurs.

Issue 1: On Track Record screen when we review date field is not created according to the CLOCK template
Issue 2: On Stage Track Record screen, for CICO Timestamp, there is another date, not the same of CLOCK template

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Input Interface
2. Select clock
3. Upload CLO_Test_lgf.xls
