REL13UPG: Future dated company transfer is not getting processed

Client having 2 issues with Future dated company transfer:

1. Changing the effective dates on "Process Life event" page is not showing any life event on the company transfer date. , it is working if we go to Person search page and change the effective dates on person search page.
2. Cannot process the company transfer Life event using auto batch job which runs nightly in production, due to termination dates a day before the company transfer.
