No Data in "Service Category" Attributes In "Service - CRM Service Requests Real Time" SA In BI (Doc ID 2423535.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Analytics

All attributes "Service Category" in "Service - CRM Service Requests Real Time" SA in BI

All attributes in folder "Service Category" in "Service - CRM Service Requests Real Time" Subject Area give no results in BI.

Customer has configured Service Categories in "Manage Service Request Categories", which have associated to some Service Requests.
However, when trying to develop BI reports they found that every column in the folder "Service Category" in "Service - CRM Service Requests Real Time" retrieves no results.

Customer tried in a test environment, where granted access for a workshop, and the folder "Service Category" in "Service - CRM Service Requests Real Time" has data and gives the right results.


Is there any additional configuration needed to make so that "Service Category" data appears in BI?
