Error In Route Download Using Retail Execution Mobile App (Doc ID 2423604.1)

I am facing some errors while using the Retail execution app, this error appeared some days ago.
When I try to log in with a Sales Rep that has the auto download route profile value as true the app keeps with the message "the application is synchronizing data." and never shows the screen for start the route.

When I try to do log in with a sales manager to download routes manually, the log in is correct, but when I choose a route for download the error " route has failed to download " appears.
