Symptoms

OCCS-Admin > Reports showing no data.

Seeing zeros for 'Orders', 'Site Traffic', 'Engagement'.
Seeing "No data available" for 'Top Level Collections', 'Top Ten Products', 'Top Ten Promotions'.

REPRODUCIBLE STEPS:
1. Log into occs-admin
2. Open 'Reports' section
