Symptoms
Unable to load the logs for jcs-sx instance(<SERVICE_NAME>) of <IDENTITY_DOMAIN_NAME> domain, for the last 45 minutes.
One of our Customer as "This was observed before also but after some time, it used to come up without any interaction. But does not work this time"
