Sold to Customer is Invalid error while saving the transaction  

Getting Error Sold to Customer is invalid while trying to save the customer. Able to save the customer if the Sold to Contact in the Transaction form is removed.

The Sold-to Customer contact that you selected is invalid. (AR-856417)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Receivables > Billing > Create Transaction ( from task menu)
2. Save Transaction

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Save Transaction
