Unable to Upload/Download Files in Oracle Content and Experience (OCE) Folloiwng Change of Storage Cloud User Password (Doc ID 2423832.1)

Changes

Administrator changed password of the Storage Cloud user who is used for access from OCE service instance.

Tip:
You'll be able to see the username used for Storage Cloud connection for the OCE instance  in the Service Instance Overview page (Storage Username).  To locate the user:

  1. Open Cloud My Services.
  2. Open the three line menu icon located on left-top of the page.
  3. Open 'Services' -> 'Content Cloud'.
  4. In 'Content and Experience Cloud' page (Service Console), open the 'Instances' tab then select the target service instance.  There, you'll be able to see the "Instance Overview" page and the username.
