How to set a default Account when creating SR From DCS?

When registering users, we are assigning them to a specific account. We expect that when an SR is created from DCS, this Account information is populated by default but it does seem to be doing that. Strangely, this SR is still visible to this logged in users. How can this Account field be assigned based on the the Account of the User?
