Goal

We just completed our Release 13 upgrade in our production system, and no emails are being sent from Agents.
I have tried several agents, and emails are not sent to individual users or to Roles.
All of the Agents ran fine, as recently as Friday before the R13 upgrade. I have verified that the reports generated by the Agent return successfully, but no email are sent.
