Creating an instance with any High IO shape (SSD disks), e.g. OCIO1M or OCIO4M succeeds, but within a few minutes our administrators are notified about a violation in our quotas and our cloud account is suspended. The only way to resolve the suspension is to delete the instance using the High IO shape.
