Field App Is Not Visible By Default For New Users

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When setting new user presets for apps, the Field app is not visible from within a project.
Expect to be able to view the Field app as per the defined presets.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Prime Projects.
- Global Admin | Companies | Actions | Manage App Presets.
- Create/edit preset so Field app is visible.
- Create new user and assign this App Preset.
- Login as new user, open a project, and view Field app is marked as not visible.
