Problem Summary
Error: Alloc type mismatch with existing OB LPNs on Cart for Pick to Cart

Steps
1. Create Cubing Rule and perform wave
2. Wave created with 4 different cubed OBLPN
  - OBLPNXXXXXXXXX and OBLPNXXXXXXXX => LPNUNITS
  - OBLPNXXXXXXXXX and OBLPNXXXXXXXX => Active Pick
We have this because we can pick and allocate from Active as well as Reserve type bin location
3. Using Pick to Cart to Build the Cart by scanning OBLPN#
4. Error Alloc type mismatch with existing OB LPNs on Cart if we try to build the cart for different allocation Type OBLPN
