Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

When attempting to create a new portfolio, the following error occurs.

You can not create portfolio at this time, as we are building the data required.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create any new portfolios or edit existing portfolios.
