Fusion Global Payroll : Error when searching in View Payroll Results (Doc ID 2424295.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view the run results of the payroll process the following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Payroll Checklist UI
2. Open Payroll Process.
3. Click on Go to Task for the View Payroll Results task.
4. At the top, click on the magnifying glass icon to search for person name without providing a name.
5. Error occurs
