ADF Error When Creating Promotions (Doc ID 2424505.1)

Symptoms

ADF errors are encountered when clicking back and next between the offer and rewards screens in the create promotion functionality.

Error: Java Null pointer error

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login into RPM.
2. Navigate to Create Promotions --->Enter a promotion description.
3. Click add offer - Add offer details. 
4. Navigate to Rewards screen - Click on Back and then Next.
