Last updated on JULY 19, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle CRM On Demand - Version 031CS and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Why does the CRMOD calculate decimal values inaccurately? What Is the Value of a Percent Field Saved In the CRMOD DB?
For example, The 'Peak Wholesale Cost' is $6,115.08, and 'Peak Energy Margin' is 20.65%. It looks like the 'Peak Energy Cost' should be 6115.08*(1+20.65%), which approximately equals to $7377.84. However, the CRMOD calculated a value of $7377.91 instead.
