Oracle Fusion Global Payroll Cloud Service - Version 11.12.1.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We have 2 issues for one employee with how the system has processed 2 elements for the October salary.

1 - A 'pension allowance retro' element was keyed manually, screen shots below. This has produced a double entry in the costings and therefore paid it twice. We have also keyed a recurring Pension Allowance from 01.10.17, has this affected the retro element?
2 - A 'test draw' element was uploaded, as per other employees, screen shots below. This element should have 'grossed up' a £50 net payment to approximately £94 but the system has processed this as £1670.77 gross payment. Does the employee's tax code have any bearings on the calculation, 0T Cum?

Both elements have previously processed successfully for other employees.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User being able to process the Payroll calculation for the employee question in a correct manner.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pension Allowance Retro element was keyed manually;
2. This has produced a double entry in the costings and therefore paid it twice.
(also keyed a recurring Pension Allowance from 01.10.17, has this affected the retro element ?)
3. A 'test draw' element was uploaded, as per other employees;
4. Element should have 'grossed up' a £50 net payment to approximately £94 but the system has processed this as £1670.77 gross payment.

Observation:
Both elements have previously processed successfully for other employees.
