Fusion Performance Management: Matrix Manager Is Unable To View Mid Year Ratings And Comments In Year End Evaluation

The worker and manager have entered the ratings and comments in the Mid Year evaluation document and the mid year document has been completed. In the Year End document, the participant feedback process is included in the task flow. The Matrix Manager has been added in the template and provided access to the Overall Summary section.
When the Matrix Manager begins the feedback request, when clicking on the Interim Feedback link, a popup opens. But the user is unable to view the Worker and Manager ratings provided in the Mid Year Evaluation document.
Both the worker and manager are able to view the ratings and comments in the interim evaluation, whereas the Matrix Manager is unable to view the same. Why?
