ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We have some users that are unable to submit trial balance. They are unable to enter any parameters and the fields do not show.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Scheduled Processes.
2. Select Trail Balance Report.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run Trail Balance Report.
