ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Create Contact page with the Customer (switch1) dropdown has the incorrect contents (appears like a list of empty phone number fields).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The dropdown should be a list of customers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Contacts
3. Click the Create Contact button
4. Click the Customer dropdown; the list displays incorrectly

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select the customer on the Create Contact page.
