Outlook Synchronization Works Only in Sandbox, but Not in Mainline (Doc ID 2425111.1)

On : version, Microsoft Outlook

1. Inside a sandbox the customization is working fine, all the fields have value.
2. Existing sandbox and removing customization is not showing in Outlook the values for the fields.
3. Creating a new sandbox is showing same behavior as point #1
4. Publishing the sandbox is having the same behavior as point #2
Even if Generate button is pressed before publishing has no effect.
Same behavior is noticed on Opportunity and a custom object.
