Unifier Users Are Not Receiving Email Notifications In Oracle Hosted Unifier Cloud Environment (Doc ID 2425171.1)

On any Oracle cloud hosted Unifier environment : Any Version

Customer users are not receiving Email notifications. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Customer processes Business Process (BP) records in the Unifier cloud environment -- and/or triggers any action within Unifier that will send a notification.
  2. Per the BP record processing and the "To" and "CC" fields, Notifications should be sent to multiple users.
  3. The Unifier environment Mail Log shows that several emails were sent to the email addresses configured, but customer users report no emails received.
