Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Email SENT to shell mailbox with AN attachment with Japanese filename. Attachment can not be opened with garbled filename.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email should be handled correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Draft an email with attachment with Japanese filename to Unifier shell mailbox
2. Login into Unifier and locate the shell mailbox.
3. Locate the email just received.
4. Check the attached file; cannot be opened.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot open attachment with Japanese filename received in shell mailbox.
