Defect: Japanese Filename For Attachment Become Garbled And Unable To Open

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer send out an email to shell mailbox with attachment in japanese filename.
Customer then checked the mail in Unifier, and found the attachment can not be opened with garbled filename.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email should be handled correctly.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Draft an email with attachment with Japanese filename to unifier shell mailbox
2. Login into Unifier and locate the shell mailbox
3. Locate the email just received.
4. Check the attached file.
5. Noticed the filename garbled and unable to open.
6. Issue received.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open attachment with Japanese filename received in shell mailbox.
