Re-authentication when changing the data region within myServices

Symptoms
For the ADWC application, login issues are experienced while accessing the service console in ADWC service.
There is a problem about SSO redirection in IDCS of North America data center region, while an authentication is already done to Myservices via IDCS login (different IDCS URL, from the ADWC IDCS login prompt)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Cloud account with account : poscloud
2. Redirected to IDCS login page, URL -> idcs-<hash1>
3. Successfully authenticated through IDCS and landed on Myservices home page for the APAC region, No cloud services screenshot is shared
4. Changed the region from APAC to North America because create the ADWC instance Identity domain shows “identityNA”, but there is no screenshot to confirm same.
5. Click the ADWC service
6. Then select the open service console, but the IDCS login page appears, URL -> idcs-<hash2>

Due to this issue, ADWC service access is facing authentication prompt issues
