Accessing an Autonomous Content and Experience Cloud Service Instance Via Service Console Fails with an Error: "Sorry, But We Are Experiencing Some Issues" (Doc ID 2425357.1)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login My Services
2. Open "Autonomous Content" service page
3. Open Service Console (click [Open Service Console] button in right-top of the page.)
4. In "Instances" tab of "Autonomous Content and Experience Cloud" page, find the service instance and open hamburger menu -> click "Access Content Cloud Service Instance"
--> It shows "Sorry, But We Are Experiencing Some Issues" error
