Payment Data XML Does Not Show Employee Bank Information (Doc ID 2425429.1)

Symptoms

Manage Payments-Process Payment Files

When creating the payment xml, it does not show the Payee - Bank Name, Branch Name and Branch Number information for some employee expenses. The employee has the bank account setup in Expense module.  The bank info can been seen in the UI
