Symptoms

In 12.2.0.1.0 (with and without <Patch 26803191> applied), the following error occurs in the alert log:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ipc_recreate_que_2], [1], [8], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
