To be possible to make a standard or custom Choice List (Fixed) field, "read only" - like, to the end user, so that he won't be able to click on the drop-down of the field, just to see the information already selected by the admins.

The users should not be able to select, edit or change the field from the Choice List (Fixed) field, just to see it as it was selected by the admin users.
