Symptoms

Oracle cloud hosted Unifier environment

Expected Result: A Custom Report should be able to have the Status set to Published without incident.

Actual Result: When the Status of the report is set to Published the following Alert is returned: Internal Error: Server is not accessible. Contact System Administrator.

The following excerpt can be found in the Unifier log files:
