Goal

Oracle Fusion Benefits Cloud Service
11.13.18.02.0

Unrestricted plan - Elements end dated every month

Client has an unrestricted benefit plan where it has 1 option. The element is assigned as of "First of next month".
1) Client processed the unrestricted as of 18-Jul-2018.
2) Enrollments happen successfully as of 01-Aug-2018. Element is created as of 01-Aug-2018. No issues here.
3) Client processed unrestricted as of 18-Aug-2018.
4) Client sees "Previously enrolled" and "Currently Enrolled" flag checked. No changes done here. I go back to elements to see that the element is ended as of 31-Aug-2018 and new element is added as of 01-Sep.

However the expectation is there should be no end dating of the element that was added on 01-Aug unless and until the employee chooses to opt-out.

Please explain if this is the expected behavior. Client feels this is not as it would affect the reports.
