IHTs Not Being Generated - Performance Issue

On : 9.0.0 version, Input and Output Interfaces
IHTs (Inventory History Transactions) not being generated
From the backend, we can see that the last IHT received for XXX facility was just after 16h00 yesterday.
During the very same period, IHT's for YYY facility also were not received.
From the initial investigation, it seems there were no 17's, 64's, 1's, 3's, 22's received by our backend.
1 = LPN Received
3 = Container Shipped
17 = Inventory Adjusted Post Verification
22 = Lock Container, Before ASN Verification
64 = Lock Update Post Verification
Considering the time period of when we seemed to stopped receiving IHTs on our backend, seemed to correlate with a patch that was deployed the day before.
