Symptoms

When clicking on company to edit, the following error occurs:

ERROR

"Unable to load data. An unknown error has occurred. PRM - 000000000"

When editing company details and clicking save, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-------
"Unable to save data. Unable to update organization data. PRM - 007002025"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Prime Projects.
  2. Global Admin | Companies.
  3. Click on company to edit. Error.
  4. Edit details on company and save. Error.
