Address Endpoint Not Returning Dynamic Properties (Doc ID 2425699.1)

Symptoms

Address API call does not return dynamic properties.

Reproducible steps: 

  1. Add some dynamic properties to address and publish the changes
  2. Create profile on store front and add some addresses with dynamic properties set
  3. Make following store listAddresses call to retrieve current profile's addresses: 

           GET /ccstore/v1/addresses

           Notice the results will not include any dynamic property.
