Symptoms

Issue:

With upgrade to R13 18B, the new assignment status “No offering selected" does not work - assignments do NOT appear in the results. 



Replication Steps:

Learning Specialist side (My Client Group > Learning) 

OR

Manager side (My Team > Learning).

Changes

 18.05 upgrade.
