When the Nationality Database Item (DBI) is added to the PER_EXT_PAY_EMPLOYEES_UE user entity(UE) of the extract, it fails with the following error:


A system error occurred during processing. Your help desk was notified.
Token1 ReportUtil.CallReportProc
Token2 ORA-20001: Formula EXT_PERSON_DATA3000000111111_3000000111111, line 137, no data returned. Details: Item HWP_PER_NATIONALITY returned no data. This error most commonly occurs when a database item query returns no data, but the database item is configured not to allow no return data. It can also occur within a formula function call.
