Supplier Site - Alternate Site Name Auto-Numbering Logic

Is there a way to auto-populate the alternate site name at the vendor site level?

In EBS, the current built in logic is to auto-generate the alternate site name in a specific format.  For Example:

   A. For vendors that are imported from a 3rd Party to Oracle Suppliers interface, the auto-generated alternate supplier name should be as follows:
(5 Digit Corp Code DFF Value) "-" (6 Digit 3rd Party Vendor Number DFF Value + value 'DDD')
So, for a specific vendor, if the data is as follows:
                  a. Corp Code DFF is '12ABC'.
                  b. The 3rd Party Vendor Number DFF is '345678'.
The desired Alternate Site Name would be “12ABC-345678DDD”

B. For vendors that are manually created in Suppliers post go-live, the auto-generated alternate supplier site name should be as follows:
(5 Digit Corp Code DFF Value) "-" ('M' + 8 digit unique auto generated number)
So, for a specific vendor, if the data is as follows:
                  a. Corp Code DFF is '12345'.
The desired Alternate Site Name would be “12345-M67867890”
