Record Information PDF File Gets Generated as Error.html Attachment File in E-mail Notification (Doc ID 2426149.1)

Symptoms

Actual Result: E-mail notifications sent from Unifier have Record Attachments, but not the Record Information PDF file. Instead, an error.html file is attached that has the message when opened:

The System could not generate the record information either because of Server issues or Print Template issues. Contact System Administrator.
