How to Enable Fusion Applications Objects Not Listed Under Manage Oracle Social Network Objects (Doc ID 2426527.1)

Goal

Some of the Fusion applications objects are not listed in the list under "Manage Oracle Social Network Objects".  Is it possible to enable such objects with social and if so how?
