CANNOT See The Attached Attachments When Using The Mailbox For Approval (Doc ID 2426545.1)

After the requester initiated an approval process which an attachment, the approver can't see the attached file when using the mailbox for approval, while the approver can see the attachment in the notification information in the HCM system.
