Symptoms
When accessing a custom link inserted in the user menu as an External URL, the following message appears:
The reports are not visible in order to run or schedule them. The report format is "Excel".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the application
2. Click the link
The above message appears and the reports are not visible
