Item Input Interface Doesn't Upload All Records Present In The Excel Sheet

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Uploaded Item Interface file with 2697 records but only 1836 records were actually processed/uploaded.
The system should upload all Items present the Interface file.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to WMS UI
2. Launch Input Interface screen
3. Select the Item option from the drop down
4. Select upload files option and upload the file
5. Select the uploaded file and click on Run Interface
Process runs without errors but not all records are uploaded.
