On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to create a payroll element, the following error occurs.
ERROR

"No dimension usage exists for the dimension Core Group Tax Unit, Payroll Dynamic Period in the defined balance Annual Salary AU Days Worked."
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for Manage Elements
3. Create an Element with specific LDG
4. Error
