On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Contract Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Navigation:
Contract management- Open contract- Actions - Preview and contract template options are available.
Amend is not available.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Amend option should be available.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open draft contract for editing.
2. check if Amend option is available.

3. Submit button is disabled for the user

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot amend contracts.
