Problem Description
How to know the customer response and respective agent reply. In current activity JSON, we are not finding any way to derive the below Message Activity Chain. In other words, which reply is tagged to which response in Activity REST API
So,please let us know how to replicate the attached screenshot of ?Message Activity? through REST API.
