Error No such LPN when scanning LPN in Picked Status (Doc ID 2427264.1)

When attempting to scan Outbound Container (OBLPN) '9999999' with any RF transaction (LPN Inquiry for example),
the following error occurs.

No such LPN

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to the Handheld Scanner (RF)
2. Navigate to the transaction LPN Inquiry
3. Scan OBLPN '9999999'
4. Get error message
